Sir David John White OBE - best known by his stage name, David Jason - is an English comic actor who has experienced significant success on television since the late 1960s. Born in Edmonton, north London, his twin brother died during their birth. Initially training and working as an electrician, Jason is best known for sitcoms Open All Hours and Only Fools And Horses.
