On paper, this is a challenge tailor-made for Freddie but with just three pitches to score big points, can he keep his cool in front of a sell-out crowd?

After big surprises on the ballpark, the lads' next stop is Venice Beach, where Freddie and James take on Jack and Jamie in a two-on-two basketball match.

Then, for the final challenge of the week, Freddie, Jack and Jamie head into the wilderness. In an area supposedly rife with bears, wolves and mountain lions, they must build a fire, shelter and a raft if they are to survive a night in the freezing forest. With the prospect of having to perform live on stage with the Chippendales hanging over them, who will prove the most survival savvy?
