Humphrey Ker joins John Lloyd as the Museum opens up the sixth gallery. This week's generous donors are Egyptologist Prof. Joann Fletcher, who is presenting us with a hugely significant Roman coin; explorer Col. John Blashford-Snell, who brings a compass that led its owner the greatest one-liner in history; and the comedian Mark Watson, who is offering us something rather small and personal.

Col. John Blashford-Snell, a man who has lead over 100 expeditions - including delivering a grand piano to the Wai Wai tribe in the Amazon - and the accidental inventor of white-water rafting, donates to the Museum the actual compass that Henry Morton Stanley used to find Dr. David Livingstone, who together stopped the slave trade from Africa.

Mark Watson, noted comedian, a man who has been honoured on Britsol Zoo's Walk of Fame, and who as a child wrote a suicide note after losing a game of Connect 4, gives his own glasses to the Museum. The ones he is wearing at the recording are the pair that he has managed to keep hold of the longest - at a record for two months. He donates them to the Museum so he will always know they are.

Egyptologist Prof. Joann Fletcher, discoverer of the mummy of Queen Nefertiti and the world's oldest nit provides the Museum a silver denarius of Mark Antony that was struck by him and Celopatra to celebrate the victory of the Battle of Actium, that was found in Joann's hometown of Barnsley.
