There is a new arrival on base - Captain Ellen Best. Her presence affects Bluestone 42 in very different ways: Bird is immediately hostile towards her, while Simon is utterly infatuated. Ellen's by-the-book approach is tested to the limit when Lt Col steals the team's fridge and when the team suffer an attack she is forced to take an extreme decision.
Meanwhile, Towerblock is desperate to prove he's fitter than Rocket, but he comes to regret both choosing the medic as his coach and putting any trust in Mac's honesty.
