Sharon feels left out and jealous when Tracey invites her old best friend Trish to stay. Things soon turn around when Tracey becomes tired of Trish's obsession with the past and Sharon starts to bond with her.

Further details

Sharon gets a knock on the back door from Trish Taylor, Tracey's old best friend from school, Tracey follows her in. They bumped into each other in town.

They start talking about the past, Sharon feels ignored when Trish keeps talking over her. Tracey asks Trish to stay.

Tracey forgets about their night out after Sharon has got dressed up. She's going to a concert with Trish instead. Sharon goes out with Dorien who eyes up younger men, as usual.

The novelty of having Trish around soon wears off for Tracey when she realises she never shuts up.

Trish goes out with Sharon for the evening where she tells her about her husbands obsession with birds, of the feathered variety.

Feeling sorry for Trish, Sharon tells Tracey that she can't just ask her to leave as she is unhappy. Tracey asks Dorien for advice.

The girls tell Trish that she should try and solve her marriage problems rather then running away.
