- Lucy: Dresses as a bird, chews up the doughnut, then feeds the doughnut to Alex as if he was her baby.
- Julian: Eats the whole doughnut and spits it out into Alex's face. - 4
- Susan: Eats as wide an assortment of various different foodstuffs including the doughnut as possible, then heads out to be sick. - 4
- Sam: Puts the doughnut in a bikini, puts it on the roof, and a bird knocks the doughnut off to its death. - 3
- Sue: Makes a catapult and fires the doughnut at Alex. - 1

Task 2: Demonstrate the most effective high-intensity four-part exercise routine. Each of your four exercises must be original, and must take place on this mat.
