The Aga Saga Woman is in the kitchen with her two children. She has something terrible to tell them - Alice, the nanny, can't come to work today, so she had to arrange for an agency nanny to come. Situation gets even worse when she tells them that she's from the north - could be as far as Sunderland. Gina, the agency nanny comes to their house and they don't understand what she is saying. The Aga Saga Woman starts screaming that they're all going to die.
Sheila Carter is in the back seat of a minicab, stuck in traffic. First of all, she finds the air freshener very owerpowering and asks the driver to put it away. Secondly, she is annoyed by the pop song played on the radio. Furthermore, she is disgusted by the amount of smoke coming from the exhaust of a van in front of them. Sheila then lets out a long fart. The minicab driver is dumbfounded and winds down the window. She immediately complains that it is very cold and if he could put the heating on.
Lauren and Liese are in the café area of a sports centre. Lauren tells Liese that she got a new top for £15. Ryan enters in boxing gear and sits down. Lauren says that she is excited about seeing Naughty Rascal. Ryan and Liese are confused and when they realise that she meant Dizzee Rascal, they start laughing, but Lauren is not bovvered.
Moo Shepard is at work outdoors, seemingly in her element. She is a professional dog trainer. After her faithful and longlife canine companion died peacefully in his sleep, Moo is training a new dog to retain her title of Dog Obedience Champion. She is seen leading a dog training class outdoors with a group of pupils with leads in hand. She praises her pupils and tells them that she can see herself letting some of them bring their dogs. Moo arrives at her car and her dog is seen in the back seat. She appears to have lost the keys and the dog is locked in the car. As she goes to look for the keys, the dog slides down the window and falls down.
Bernie enters a hospital side ward and notices that one of her patients isn't in his bed. She sees some chocolates on his table, takes the remote control and turns the television on. The hypnotist on television is talking about stress in the workplace. Bernie nods as she considers herself to be stressed and undervalued. She lies down on the bed and follows the hypnotist's instructions. Bernie falls asleep on Mr. Hicks' bed and sister walks into the ward with Mr. Hicks. As Bernie tries to explain herself, she starts mixing the hypnotist's words and starts talking nonsense.
In a restaurant, Amanda is serving two business people. She introduces herself as 'Amanda, but her friends call her Zebedee and that she's a fiery Taurean with her moon in Uranus'. The guests order a Plain Jane burger and an Oops Upside Your Head burger. Music starts playing, restaurant lighting changes and the staff begin dancing. The mystified couple leave the restaurant.
Kate and Ellen are playing a guessing game. Kate is disturbing Ellen by singing La Bamba. She wants to tell her that she did her Salsa class last night and that Tony, her instructor, said that she is ready to do the workshops in Barcelona. Kate also wants Ellen to guess how old Tony thought she was.
Moo is outside a house with her dog lying still on the floor whilst she tries to encourage it to respond to her commands. When she finally manages to get a response from Lady Penelope, she runs off and bank and jumps up at Moo. She can't understand that they can't even get past the basics. As desperate situations call for desperate measures, Moo puts an electric collar on Lady Penelope. When she gives the dog an electric shock, Lady Penelope keels over. Moo says that she is just having a lie down.
Irene and Vern talk to Neville and tell him that they've had a visitor, but Irene can't remember what his name was. 'Black fella, always on the telly laughing - Desmond Tutu!' She says that he has done a holiday swap with the Archbishop of Canterbury. Judging by his language, he did not known that he swapped a huge South African farmhouse for a two-berth caravan with no heating.
Nan and her grandson Jamie walk into a surgery waiting room. She doesn't have an appointment, so they go to see the receptionist. She says that Nan won't be able to see a doctor unless it's an emergency. When she finally manages to get an appointment, she is too upset to see the doctor. Apparently, it's 'too-f*cking-late.co.uk'!
Kate says that she went to Pizza Express for lunch and Ellen immediately replies 'four seasons, no onions, no anchovies, mixed salad and a Diet Coke'. Kate confirms and pushes Ellen's filing trays onto the floor.
Moo Shepard is shown at the competition with Lady Penelope. She starts reminiscing of her previous dog, Mr Tibbs. She is called into the arena and they run off. They soon return and Moo explains that Lady Penelope was awful and that she peed on one of the judges. However, she has taught her a lesson - enjoy life!
