When Michael announces he's off to see a therapist, Susan is immediately worried there's something terribly wrong. Ben is convinced a father-son chat will sort out the problem but Susan's not so sure and heads straight to see the therapist, Dr Twelvetree.

When neither Ben nor Susan discover anything about Michael's mental state, they change tactics. While snooping around Michael's room, they find no evidence that he has any problems ... that is until Michael comes in and appears to be having a conversation with himself.

Ben and Susan hate the fact that they're being kept in the dark, so go to find out Twelvetree's diagnosis, sneaking past the receptionist into his office to read Michael's file. Can they really go through with this invasion of privacy? And it seems all this is happening while they may have a bigger issue to worry about...

Meanwhile, Alfie has woman trouble. When the two women in his life come face to face, he's left with a big decision. Janey offers some words of wisdom but it might be too late...
