Staff gather for a night shift to give the store the final once-over ahead of its reopening, but emotions run high after Julie misconstrues a conversation she heard between Richard and Anna, and reports back to Gavin.

Elsewhere, it's love at first sight when Leighton bonds with a girl who, scarily, is exactly like him, and Sue and Margaret try to cheer Linda up by getting drunk. Plus, Neville's daughter stops by to see him.
