Unlucky-in-work Frank has job trouble.

Having lost his latest job as a window cleaner, Frank ends up back at the employment exchange, where new manager Mr. Bradshaw insists that he can be employed. Bradshaw takes Frank on as an empolyee around the building, but soon beings to regret it when he manages to cause mayhem concerning the fire distinguisher, ruins a spool of tape and blows up a very rare and expensive computer system.
