With their baby due in the next week, Frank is taking every precaution with Betty, but Dr. Boyde, a doctor at the hospital, is hoping he isn't around when the Spencer baby arrives, and Frank wants to be present at the birth. When Betty does go into labour, Frank's planned routine doesn't go according to plan, but there's an addition to the Spencer family - little Jessica.
