Accident-prone Frank lives with his wife Betty and in the third series, with their baby daughter Jessica. No matter what he's doing or what job he's in, Frank always manages to cause chaos, with hilarious consequences. His marriage to Betty seems solid enough, but Frank's relationship with his mother-in-law has never exactly been a good one.
