After being reliefed of his job as a member of a fire crew, Frank feels that he is a failure. Betty thinks that he should go and see someone who would understand his situation. He goes to see Mr. Webster, a Psychiatrist who tries his best to get to the root of Frank's problem. After many questions and much discussion, Mr. Webster comes to the conclusion that Frank is indeed a failure and feels that he himself is one too.
