Chesney's shop is burgled, and to add insult to injury for Remona, her estranged father Barry arrives to see her.

Remona has no interest in rekindling her relationship with him, but Chesney sees the good in Barry and tries his utmost to convince her to bury the hatchet.

Not only is he her father but he's arrived with a hefty cheque which could more than resolve their insurance problems. Franks thinks he's hit the jackpot when he finds a substantial amount of pills at Esther's house belonging to Tam. When Esther finds out, she tries to stop Tam supplying the drugs, but her attempts backfire, leading to some extremely unpleasant consequences at the Polish club dance.
