James Acaster has revealed that People Person, the riotous game show he piloted for Channel 4 last summer, is not being picked up for series. The filming was such a disaster that he asked Channel 4 to put the three-hour recording out as a six-part, car crash spectacle instead.

Dom Joly has confirmed that his giant mobile phone has been stolen, after the comic and travel writer took to social media yesterday to share a video in which he said that he was "gutted" by the theft of the iconic Trigger Happy TV prop while it was the centrepiece of an exhibition at the Mobile Phone Museum in Amsterdam.
