I read the news today oh boy! Page 1,650

Even a fully limbed up pilot could randomly pass out or have a heart attack at any moment. YOU ARE NEVER SAFE.

:)

So is the safest option not to have a pilot at all.

No. Walk. But look out for any planes that might fall out of the sky.

What if an escaped monkey attacks you, they're quite rare at 30,000 feet

So only 100 crashes since 2007 and 9 this year then.

That figure must be very comforting to Germans

Pilot nearly crashes because his artificial arm came off.

Apparently he's not the only one with an artificial arm and there are some with artificial legs.

Gives you faith when flying. Would it be discriminatory to ask if your pilot had the full complement of limbs?

Dudley Moore would get a job there.

I guess it all started with a bloke called Douglas Bader.

Here's one for Lofthouse:

So it looks like the human race has about 800 years to get off Earth and colonise somewhere else.

Yes - but he had no passengers!

With you stop that! I'm gearing up to fly for the first time in 8 years. Not by choice.

If you vote against independence Alex Salmond may not fire you over the border by catapault.

Just Exeter but that is equivalent to the moon as far as I'm concerned.

Ah, at least the flight will be short.
