Set in the wealthy and successful ad agency HHH&H, the comedy focuses on Billy, a cool creative who has decided that despite all the awards he simply can't write another ad; Greg is his hapless account executive who never gets the girl he wants, and Emma is an attractive but neurotic producer who is watching her back as well as her body clock.

Billy's attempts to get over his writer's block while Emma tries to shrink to fit her new desk, a punishment devised by Keaton, the ruthlessly ambitious account executive who is stealing people's happiness.
