After misreading a book about beauty, Clive creates a new 'Handsomeness' initiative, and puts Emma in charge. Meanwhile, Billy and Keaton are arguing over who is the least sensible and practical, and Greg is dating a top model.

Emma embarks on her task of ensuring that all ugly employees are placed out of sight in the boiler room, while the beautiful are available to receive clients in the "corridor of beauty".

On the shoot for the Night Gak cream, Greg and Billy find that the photographer they hired on the premise of being gay is, in fact, straight - and the result is horrendous images which have none of the class and brilliance they expected.

Greg finds that his ordinary features attract model girlfriend Victoria who is looking for a man who will refrain from stealing any of her limelight - a girlfriend soon snatched from underneath his nose by boss Clive.

Power-hungry Emma, meanwhile, eventually goes overboard with her plans for the staff.
