Further details

Victor and Margaret return from a long weekend away in Hamburg and find to their horror that a tramp has taken up residence in their garden shed. Margaret soon has the police escort him away, but their problems don't end there, as false limbs and various surgical support garments begin arriving through their letterbox.

Meanwhile, strange bright lights have been seen outside at night and Mr. Swainey's mother claims she's been away visiting Jupiter.

Patrick has a new boss - a voracious female company director - who sexually harasses him, but Pippa makes him put up with it for the high pay. Victor also starts work for her as a gardener, but Margaret finds the situation unnerving as he becomes calmer and happier.

Margaret soon receives a visit from a local CID officer with some alarming news about their recent vagrant visitor; but a phone call presents even greater alarm.
