Zoë is not at all happy though with the way Alec is going about the whole thing. He is looking at details by himself and not consulting Zoë about what she thinks of the houses.

Simone is also not happy at the thought of Alec and Zoë moving into her neighbourhood especially with them not being married. After many rows and discussions (mainly rows) Alec decides to change his approach and Zoë and Alec manage together to find a house that they both love. Simone is less than pleased to learn that it's right opposite her place!
