Zoë wants to go back to work but Alec is dead against it. Miss Flood meanwhile is trying to find a replacement for Hilary who has moved to The Isle of Wight to be near Derek (who is in jail there).
Simone is helping out in the office on a temporary basis much to the annoyance of Alec and Jamie. Miss Flood finally manages to find a replacement, Rosie McConnichy a Scottish lass from the highlands who is almost as neurotic as her predecessor!
