Image is everything in the hotel business, explains Charlie. And it's not good for your image if your hotel is full of hookers and suicides.

Unfortunately, Hotel Babylon is having problems with both. Tony is having a crisis of confidence after mistaking a guest for a hooker, and Charlie has to stop frustrated musician Mr. Machin from killing himself.

Further details

Charlie explains to us that image is everything in the hotel business, and if there's anything that tarnishes it, it's a hotel full of hookers and suicides.

Unfortunately for Charlie, Rebecca puts him in charge of keeping a suicidal guest alive and Tony has to deal with the repercussions of mistaking a legitimate guest for a hooker.

But this is the least of Tony's worries - Rebecca's rebranding of his job title rocks his confidence further.

Whilst the staff help an elderly ex-worker celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary, Rebecca is forced to reflect on her own marriage.

Pete, meanwhile, is becoming more demanding as he threatens to divulge whatever it is he knows about Charlie's mysterious past.
