Martin has not been able to practice ahead of his hearing but this does not stop patients asking for medical advice. Louisa goes to see Chris Parsons to find out how serious the hearing is. Penhale has commissioned a bust to recognise his contribution to Portwenn and the American is back to do some research into her family tree but has a medical issue she wants to see Martin about.
