Series 69 (2009)
BBC Radio 4's popular topical panel show returned for a 69th series in September 2009. Joining host Sandi Toksvig in this series were regular panellists Jeremy Hardy, Andy Hamilton, Fred MacAulay and Francis Wheen, as well as special guest panellists including Sue Perkins, Rory Bremner and David Mitchell.
Series 70 (2010)
The popular topical panel show returned at the start of 2010, its 33rd year on air, for a 70th series. Joining host Sandi Toksvig were the usual regulars - Jeremy Hardy, Andy Hamilton, Fred MacAulay and Francis Wheen - as well as guests including Sue Perkins, Jack Dee and Ed Byrne.
Series 73 (2010 - 2011)
2011's first series - although it did begin on New Year's Eve 2010.

A series spanning the end of 2012 and start of 2013. It included a highlights special, and an episode in which the News Quiz regulars played The Now Show team in an end-of-year quiz.

The News Quiz marks its 35th year on air by reaching the remarkable 80th series milestone.
Series 83 (2014)
The first series of 2014 started in February. Jeremy Hardy appeared in almost every episode in this series.
Series 87 (2015)
Sandi Toksvig's final series, as The News Quiz struggles to understand Conservative victory at the General Election.
Series 90 (2016)
A 90th series of the panel show, broadcast as Britain tries to decide whether it is going to stay in the European Union or not.
Series 91 (2016)

Miles is replaced by guest hosts for most of this series, as he is filming overseas.
Series 100 (2019)
The 100th series of the satirical panel game sees a selection of guest hosts presenting the series, following the departure of Miles Jupp.
Series 102 (2020)
Angela Barnes is the host for this series. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, the episodes are without a studio audience.
Series 103 (2020)
Andy Zaltzman will host this series. The coronavirus is still ongoing, so this series is being recorded in front of a virtual audience.
Series 104 (2021)
Andy Zaltzman is officially confirmed as the new host of the panel show, as it returns in January 2021.
