Paul Kaye's incredible journey

In two decades, he has transformed himself from an Ali G precursor to a versatile actor, capable of losing himself in a catalogue of parts, whether it be broad comedy or hard-hitting drama. But how's he done it? In these 10 simple steps, for starters...

The Comedian's Guide to Survival review

James Buckley plays real comedian James Mullinger in a British film blending fact and fiction, with comics appearing as themselves. Trouble is, it's not funny.

Film review: The Comedian's Guide To Survival

Comedies about stand-up comedy are difficult to pull off. How do you capture the highs and lows of performing live on film? How do you capture the buzz of the good gig, the despair of the bad gig? Zapped episode 1 review

Zapped wouldn't be the first sitcom that failed to convince everyone on its first outing. I warmed to it more on a second watch so with time spent in Munty getting to know these characters, we could well learn to enjoy them. Love them like we love Lister or Rincewind though? My soothsayer rune says not likely.
