There's something spiritual about dying on your birthday.

Yorkshire Ripper dead.
I wonder if he'll get brayed over the head with a hammer by his victims?

That fella ruined my 20's, no birds dare go out to Leeds and Bradford while he was knocking about.
Shags were thin on the ground. Bastard.

RIP Des O'Connor.

Always seemed such a lovely bloke being the butt of Eric Morcambe's jokes.

Oh dear, such a lovely man - I sat next to him for breakfast in a posh hotel in Great Yarmouth back in the mid 60s when I was on a Heinz convention.

Rest in Peace Mr O'Connor

Did he sing "Just Like Eddie"?

And now Ray Clemence, former Liverpool and England goalkeeper.

With England he alternated with Peter Shilton because England manager Ron Greenwood didn't want the same situation as when Peter Bonetti came in for the injured Gordon Banks in a World Cup quarter final against West Germany, having hardly any England experience.
