Six injuries? You've got to WC.

In other news, I've just taken a 4-point hit, meaning my New Years Resolution lasted six days. A new record.

:D

My Six injuries are 4 Yellows, 1 Orange, 1 Red, but my Reserve goalie isn't first choice at his club, so I actually have only 8 players to field right now and no goalie. Possible that some of my Yellows might pass fitness tests by Saturday.

In the Cup I've drawn my second consecutive Malaysian opponent, but this one has Suarez and captains him. Can't imagine Stoke will be all that durable against Suarez this weekend, so not too optimistic.

All this talk on injuries had me rather concerned, but I've just checked and only got two. Going to have to swap out Begovic this weekend. Shame he got injured, but he's not been as good as last year.

My injury crisis has finally forced my hand. As a last resort, I've brought in a ketchup ban at the training ground. Desperate times etc.

More injuries/doubtfuls

I may need to Winter Wilcard it
I'll wait till tomorrow to see if I can scrape through without using it

Wildcard played

You devil! How many changes?

And maybe one more tomorrow we'll see.

Wildcard also played. Apologies to Carlos Cuellar.

+ 1 (though no apologies due to CC) :)

Well I'm looking forward to seeing all the shiny new teams tomorrow

Wildcard played also. Entirely new team bar three players.

Who's going to get more points this weekend: Sterling (A-Stoke) or Whittingham (H-West Ham)?

Dan

It's at times like this I miss Horseradish
I bet he played his wildcard & only made one transfer

Guaranteed to look stupid later, but I'll give it a go. Sterling more likely to score than Whittingham (unless Cardiff get a penalty). Both capable of assists. Cardiff v W. Ham is the harder match to predict. Will W. Ham concede another shedload of goals, in which case would be rich pickings for PW? (Bellamy could be back too.) Or will W. Ham really put up a fight?

Stoke have only conceded more than one goal at home in the PL once this season (2 from Chelsea). But then Suarez is a special player, and combines well with RS.

Still, I don't think Liverpool will score more than 3, whereas Cardiff could hit 5. Either match could be a 0-0 too, though more likely to happen at Cardiff.
