Bertie's back in New York, thoroughly enjoying a quiet, relaxed existence, and working on wooing a young artist by the name of Gwladys Pendlebury. His peace does not look set to last, however, when Tuppy arrives in hope of licencing an old family recipe for soup, and Aunt Agatha turns up equally unannounced with Wooster's twin cousins in tow.
