I had problems with it until I found a handy way to remember it.

Think of it as the only name in the Premiership without any vowels.

And then you just add an e, preferably in the appropriate place.

Yeah, right - Sanchez, Ramsey - but the plus for me is I'm a Gooner. The BBC seem to believe that when two teams are on the same points, one has played one more game than the other, and that is the one with a better goal difference, it should be higher in the table. Maybe that is the way it has always been - I can't recall - but it seems wrong in principle to me. Anyhow, time will correct them.
