Manager Trish and her deputy Natalie stage a youth unemployment initiative to impress local MP Peter McCrea.
Ambitious plans are thwarted when a request for staff to dress down leads to an embarrassing faux pas for Trish.
There are tears when teenager Ann-Marie develops an awkward crush on Karl and there is a security crisis when Michael hacks into Jobseeker computer records.
Meanwhile, saddled with troublesome Bryony, Angela sets out to derail the whole event.
