When a factory shuts down overnight, the job centre is inundated with newly unemployed jobseekers. It's all hands to the pump, but Karl is in the worst possible state to cope with the busiest possible day.
Even Trish has to sign people on - as she says, "teamwork makes the dream work". Problem is, she doesn't have a clue how to do it and her struggles with the computer reveal a shocking, somewhat disturbing, secret.
