With the builders in, Hattie and Eric are forced to call in on Mr. Brown - again - for a bath. He's reluctant, but the pair do bring their own coal, and having a pair of dirty, smelly neighbours is a far less tempting prospect. But then Eric gets his toe stuck in the hot tap. And it just won't budge...
