Series 2, Episode 10
Bloods. Image shows from L to R: Kareshma (Aasiya Shah), Lawrence (Julian Barratt), Jo (Lucy Punch), Darryl (Kevin Garry)
Darryl and Darrell host a leaving party - despite the fact that Darrell can stay in the UK. The team let their hair down, but it could end in tears.
Further details
It's Darrell's leaving party. Or is it? Might the threat of separation and deportation that has been hanging over Darryl and Darrell finally have been resolved? Either way, they're definitely going to have a party.
Which is good news for morale at South Hill. Gary and Kareshma are at an especially low ebb as they come to terms with Tasha's fate. Gary is particularly down, frustrated by patients he views as timewasters. Surely letting his inner disco diva out will do him the power of good? Wendy is also keen to let out her inner dancing queen, much to the disdain of 'work bae' Maleek.
Jo, meanwhile, is at the centre of a whirlwind as she fights to repair her relationship with Lawrence, and also learns that George has made some potentially damaging recommendations to the powers that be about how to improve mental wellbeing at South Hill, leading to one final confrontation between the two women.
