Donny Donkins is a character created by actor, writer, stand up and character comedian Barry Castagnola. Donny appeared in Barry's critically-acclaimed show Where's Barry? at last year's Edinburgh Fringe (and subsequently at The Soho Theatre).
Barry was the creator and one-third of the award-winning spoof eco-warrior dance collective Cyderdelic ('Fantastically innovative and astonishingly funny' The List) who, as well as two hit Edinburgh shows and regular appearances on The 11 O'Clock show, had their own BBC Three series. He has appeared in and written for numerous TV programmes, most recently as a cast member of the Channel 4 comedy Public Eye and Dom Joly's Fool Britannia. He had a role in the recent Feature film Nina Forever, he is the host of the topical podcast The Proper Gander and often co-hosts The Rhod Gilbert Radio Show.
