Ben is off for a late night snack and then heading to bed. He has to get up for an earlyish haircut which is his only gripe at present.

I know it's weird (and you might look a bit dead) but it works!
That works because it forces you to relax physically, but it can be hard on the back, causing nerves to be pinched; if you are going to sleep that way you should put a pillow under the top of your thighs to correct the tilt of your spine.
