Anyone got any good insomnia cures? Haven't slept until 4am the last four nights and it is starting to do my head in :(

What I do is think of new sitcom ideas, characters etc. or sketches and always find I fall asleep as my stress brain (work, family, DIY jobs that need doing etc.) switches off.

You will all no doubt be relieved to hear that I slept pretty well last night. Zooo's "lie with arms and legs straight" trick proved surprisingly effective.

Lucky you! I couldn't get to sleep all night worrying about you.

Oh, is that David Lynch on the phone? He wants to make a film out of one my bestselling books? Put him straight through! Etc.

Cool! Just please promise me you won't turn it into a West End musical.

Ben is currently planning his lunchtime maneuvers which seem to have become rather complex due to his insistence on getting various things from various supermarkets to save money.

What?! Even after your scratch-card winnings yesterday?!

who cares, if you need to be there, be there if you don't, don't.

The only time you should worry about a good impression is when you go brass rubbing.

Is Mark P J.K Rowling yet?

What news of the legendary James Cotter?
