The BBC still haven't got back to me on this!

We are working to resolve the issue with our DVD release of Count Arthur Strong.

If you would like to obtain a replacement of the new stock when it is available, you can send your disc to the Freepost address below.

We need only the disc and not the case or packaging. Remember to include your full name and postal address clearly inside the package for the replacement disc.

Please note: we are still awaiting the new stock, so please allow some time for the replacement to be despatched.

Please be assured that if we receive your disc, we will send you a replacement.

Send it off today, got the email yesterday.

I have recieved my brand new copy of Count Arthur Strong Series 1, it has the blue triangle on it and is now video interlaced correctly.

They sent me the case and the disc.
