Mine used to do that all the time, so I bought a new LNB (The thing that sticks out of the dish) I stopped braking up the signal!! Great. But then I decided I wanted multiroom, so I installed a LNB quad. Now it breaks up all the time again!!

Could just buy some more dishes...
