Back in my day, it was a lot easier, it was called Telly Addicts and featured bright colours, cuddly beards and lurid jumpers to keep my mind busy as Thatcher ate babies.
The title of this programme for me became ironic last night. Because I didn't watch it. I, therefore, quite literally, wasn't watching. In other words, I had not been watching. I was actually watching Big Brother. So, how do you like them f**king apples Mr Brooker? Mmm?
I'll probably watch the repeat though. Then I will have been watching.
