What's a 'puppet muppet'?
This is a bold claim but I do think Twitter is something which American comedians do far better than their British counterparts. There's an attention-to-detail and phrasing you don't get with some of the "punny" British comedians. Maybe, it's just the ones I follow which makes me biased, but I also think they do absurd stuff slightly better as well.
One of my favourites to follow is Bob Mortimer. 
There's this new guy called "George Osborne", he's hilarious!
