I read the news today oh boy! Page 2,301

I see the man who sold anthrax and bubonic plague to Iraq died today

Oh dear. How sad. Never mind.

Humans tend to in their late 80's

Shame his victims never got that luxury.

Who do you blame, the supplier or the perpetrator?
Take into account who supplies what to whom all over the world.

Steve Carell was very good as him in Vice. He stole all the scenes he was in.

Who do you blame, the supplier or the perpetrator?

Both, obviously.

Excellent, I agree.

Obviously?
Not obvious to me.
Because if you're going down the peace and love road, your cohort is glad Rumford has died.

My cohort?
What are you on about?
All I said is I think arms dealers are as much to blame as arms users.

How far do you want to go back with the blame?
There is a long chain before we get to the end users.

How far do you want to go back with the blame?

I don't know.
Until we get to someone who's not to blame?
Do you have an opinion on this?

There are conflicts and wars going on at all times. Somebody makes the bullets and somebody fires them.
Better to ignore what you can't change and use your energies for what you can.
And don't be like the hypocritical god botherer above that is pleased someone died.

Feels like a council of despair, that, if I'm honest.
I think a lot of people rely on us ignoring what's going on because we think we can't change it.
I don't think they should get an easy ride.

Can you change it? Anything you can do to stop it?
Banners and marches don't seem to cut anything.
I'm a realist. They are not running up my street, if that happens, I'll be an end user too.

Plenty of suff has changed, though - monumental things.
I retain a spark of optimism - even in difficult times.

Am I glad he died? No

I'm really not remotely bothered either way to be honest

Clearly my post was tongue in cheek - but we all know that you seem to find great difficulty in getting the gist sometimes

If I was pleased he had died I would clearly have said 'good that evil yank prick that flogged chemical weapons to Sadam has snuffed it - tough shit'

Did I say that? No. Try to concentrate more it may help you

P.s. " god botherer above..."

God loves you!

(But I think you're a c*nt)
