Kids and/or adults?
I'm asking because it seems as if everyone found him always creepy. But from what I've heard he was some sort of British institution...until shortly after his death.
So, he seemed to have been able to fool the majority of the adults during his lifetime. But kids always felt unconfortable with him (even the ones he didn't touch).
Everyone found him odd. But somehow... bearable I suppose.
Everyone always heard gossip about him, but I just thought he was one of those creepy old men that would flirt with teenage girls. I didn't really believe he was an actual paedo, when I heard rumours like that I just thought they were too ridiculous to be true. Sadly not.
