Was Andrew Lincoln talking with his British accent or his Walking Dead accent? Or was it even a strange mish-mash of the two?

Posh British acTOR, I thought.

He was exaggerating his Britishness for comedic effect in parts. But he was also sounding a bit transatlantic in other parts.
He does the Rick accent all the time on set usually, apparently. The big American plonker.

Ok I didn't see the clip on the last page Now I have and it wasn't funny, although I suppose it was a Red Nose Day sketch.
