She is great. Seen various things of hers since Jools Holland brought her to my attention.

Lester Bangs, apparently.

Sounds a bit like Paul Morley too, but he would have been about twelve at the time.

I've got a spare ticket for Family at Shepherds Bush.

Anyone interested?

I'd like to come ,but you know...there's no bus going from Basel to Shepherds Bush.

Hijack one.

Bought three Scorpions deluxe editions today:

Lovedrive (1979)
Blackout (1982)
Love At First Sting (1984)

am I the only one here who doesn't like Adele?

True she's got a good voice but it's not the sort of thing I'd choose to listen to.

It's not that I don't like her, I just don't know what's all the fuss about. I prefer her to such artificial rubbish like Gaga or that whole hip hop/r 'n' b shite but that's not saying much.

She has a very good voice, but am sitting on the fence.

I like this Adele performance. (Song actually starts around 0.40.)

And this is my favourite version of Hello. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yL7VP4-kP4
