It had its moments. And a great creepy enemy that killed humans and transplanted their body parts (including faces) onto their own diseased bodies. I forget what they were called.

The Vidians they suffered from the Phage which was cured by the comission I think?

Vidians were excelent, scary, complex probably the best Trek villains of all time.

Which is why they were in about 6 stories. Unlike the f**king Kazon were those boring pseudo klingons really around for 2 or 3 seasons.
And the dull as f**k Voyager Borg.
