Comedy following the strange inhabitants of a grim, isolated community. Royston Vasey is a frightening place where dark, perverted and horrifying things happen behind closed doors - strangers are certainly not welcome! The townsfolk are all odd, from the hygiene-obsessed Denton family, to the mysterious circus owner Papa Lazarou.

The majority of the characters are played by just three actors: Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton and Mark Gatiss.
