It is wedding day in Hebburn. Though Jack and Sarah are technically already married, Pauline and Dot are determined to treat it like their special day.

Dot dresses the bridesmaids in her choice of buttercup yellow but Sarah has trouble when one of them, Denise, insists on reminding her of her history with the groom.

Meanwhile, Joe gives his son a pre-wedding pep talk, a family keepsake - and the advice that there's always time for a swift one.
