A man called Jeff is having a small personal crisis and is holding two people hostage. Frank and Bobbins decide to solve the siege but when they try to release the hostages, they only succeed in being taken hostage themselves.

As if Jeff didn't have enough problems, he now has to cope with the two most annoying hostages in the world.
