It's a jump in the dark for both Danny and Spud this week.
A literal jump for Danny, who engages in more revealing encounters with Miss Blondel and her dark room.
For Spud it's the uneasy contemplation of life away from the docks, which is where Tony the Totter and a bag of horse manure come into the equation.
