Further details

This episode begins with Colin ranting about the weather which turns into a rant about the country as a whole.

At work Colin is stuck on the phone with a customer who is complaining that his seat on the train was too comfortable. Trevor and Graham argue over holidays and Travers 9their boss) visits and offers Colin no succour at all prompting Colin to state that if he ever left the job he would pin Travers up against the wall and be sarcastic to him.

The holiday theme continues at home where Jen persuades Colin to start planning a holiday for them. His plans to go to Greece are soon scuppered however when Jen is invited on a lecture tour of Egypt. She invites Colin but he is reluctant so they decide to holiday separately.

Colin's holiday starts badly as he cancels the taxi to the airport as he's convinced its not going to come and Jen ends up taking him. He returns early from Greece because he's convinced he's left the grill on. It's off.
